Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Rhian’s love for animals started at a young age when she would bark along to the 101 Dalmations. She began her career in veterinary medicine as an assistant in 2018 before obtaining her associates in veterinary technology in 2022. She has worked in a variety of settings including general practices, specialty hospitals, and even as an adjunct professor at the local community college. But her true passion lies in everything surgery, specifically anesthesia and analgesia, which is what lead her to HRVPC where she is thriving.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and local breweries. She currently lives in Hampton, VA with her husband (Ray), their 2 sons (Jonah and Sebastian), their cat (Bill), and their 2 dogs (Turner and Stella).
